1. Agreement
By accessing or using Magoven Meet at meet.magoven.io ("the Service"), operated by Magoven ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Magoven Meet provides video conferencing, virtual meetings, collaboration tools (including MagDocs, MagBoard, team chat), and related add-ons such as MagPhone. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Hosts must sign in to start meetings; guests may join via authorised links subject to host settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights
- Transmit harmful, abusive, or infringing content in meetings or chat
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to systems
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in South African Rand (ZAR) as displayed on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by South African consumer law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
Magoven retains ownership of the platform, branding, and software. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including meeting metadata and account data.
8. Availability & disclaimers
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted video conferencing. The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of virtual meetings or third-party integrations.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time via account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose security risk.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts unless otherwise agreed in writing for enterprise customers.
