- Meeting data: meeting titles, schedules, participant display names, chat messages, recordings (when enabled by host), dial-in logs
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, cookies, usage analytics
- Communications: support tickets and contact form submissions

We use data to:
- Provide and secure video conferencing and virtual meetings
- Authenticate users and manage subscriptions

4. Guest participants
Guests joining via a meeting link may enter a display name without creating an account. Hosts control recording, chat, and admission. Guests should not share sensitive personal information unless necessary for the meeting.

We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure and payment providers to operate the Service under contractual safeguards. Enterprise customers may request a data processing addendum.
6. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Meeting recordings and logs are retained according to your plan and host settings, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention.
7. Security
We implement encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring appropriate for video conferencing workloads. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
